Alongside my own work I like to collaborate with others in order to assist my own personal and professional development.

• Villa Bugatti, Cabrera de Mar – Events management company where I have prepared banquets for up to 400 covers and assisted with developing their current banquet menu
• Turo Gros, Mataro – Catering and banqueting company where I have managed several banquets and weddings
• Abac, Barcelona – I competed a 2 month stage here.
• La Odisea del Empordá – Hotel where I completed a 1 month stage
• I was an assistant at the Paleo Cookery Competition at “Box Woods” gym in Hospitalet
• Judge at various cookery competitions
